Chili Peppers:  These little guys can really fire-up your immunity, as they contain twice as much vitamin C as citrus fruits.  They also hold anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties, revving up your heart health.  Their enchantment can stimulate the nervous system, promoting feelings of sexual arousal.  Whoa, who knew peppers could spice things up in the bedroom?!  This is one food all superheroes need to warm up before an adventure!
